| 摘 要： | 目的探究预见性护理在糖尿病性白内障患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法从2018年5~11月聊城市第三人民医院收治的糖尿病性白内障手术患者中选出92例,随机分成两组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取“常规护理+预见性护理”,各46例。比较两组患者的并发症发生率、生活质量。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论预见性护理可显著降低糖尿病性白内障患者并发症发生率,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with diabetic cataract.Methods From May to November 2018,92 patients receiving diabetic cataract surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received"routine nursing care+predictive nursing care",with 46 cases each.The complication rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of predictive nursing in perioperative care for diabetic cataract patients can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients. |
