超低碳IF钢变形抗力研究及工业应用

摘    要:实验研究了变形温度、变形速率、变形程度对超低碳IF钢变形抗力的影响规律,并采用实测变形抗力数据对热连轧数学模型进行了优化和完善,其结果已成功应用于超低碳IF钢铁素体区轧制工业试验。

Abstract:The influence of deformation temperature,deformation rate and deformation extent on deformation resistance force of the ultra-low carbon IF steel was investigated at laboratory scale.The mathematical model of hot rolling was optimized and improved by the deformation resistance force data obtained in lab.The industrial test production of ferritic rolling of the ultra-low carbon IF steel was carried out used the researched results.
