二宜楼的居住生活方式对旅游开发的适应性研究

近年来从福建土楼外迁的居民不断增多，导致许多土楼被废弃。对福建土楼合理的保护规划与旅游开发可以达到土楼保护与可持续发展的目的，华安二宜楼便是～个很好的案例。笔者通过对旅游开发后的二宜楼居住生活方式的调查分析，发现其居住生活方式发生了适应性改变，从“小家庭分户聚居”居住模式转变为“商住结合”居住模式。在既有空间布局不变的前提下，商业经营功能空间体系与居住生活空间相互协调。居住生活空间的使用方式发生了适应性改变：公共空间私有化、仪式空间生活化、居住单元空间的私密性层次发生改变。

Residential life space that have taken place in the way of using adaptive change： privatization of public space, ritual space into daily life, the illicit close sex of the dwelling unit space level change.
