| 摘 要： | 本文报道了我科目１９９２年１月至１９９７年６月，所行１４９例硅凝胶假体隆乳术术前及术后胸围和乳房高度等测量参数的变化并进行了比较。结果显示：隆乳术后过乳头胸围平均增加６．６９ｃｍ，乳房高度平均增高３．６６ｃｍ，隆乳术后过乳头胸围每增加１ｃｍ，乳房后间隙需置入假体约２７ｍｌ．胸大肌后间隙则需置入假体约３３ｍｌ。根据结果提出了隆乳术对于轻度乳房下垂者有一定的矫正能力，并且提出了术前选择假体容积的预测。

| Abstract: | he body surface measuring parameters on 149
cases undergoing augmentation mammaplasty with silicone gel prosthesis are reported.The
changes of the chest circumference , breast outward height and other parameters after
augmentation mammaplasty were measured and compared with those before operation.The
results showed that the chest circumferrence of the patients increased by 6.69cm and the
breast outward height was promoted 3.66cm in average. To increase 1.0cm of the chest
circumference , about 27ml volume of mammary implaitl were needed when placed in the
submammary pocket or 33ml volume in Subpecforal Pocket. It is suggested that the volume of
prothesis could be predicted before operation,and that the mild breast ptosis could be corrected
by augmentation mammaplasty |
