摘    要:江阴利港发电股份有限公司4×600MW发电机组原设计为两机一控,现将四期两台600MW机组的集中控制移至三期集中控制室,实现了一个控制室对四台机组的集中控制。有利于运行人员事故处理时的协调配合,优化了人员配置,提高了日常工作效率。同时通过将吹灰系统和脱硝系统并入DCS控制,进一步节约了相关资源和控制成本。四机一控的改造,经济效益明显,综合价值突出,值得同类机组借鉴。

Abstract:The original design of the 4×600MW power sets of Jiangyin Ligang Limited Responsibility Company is that two sets in one centralized control room.Now,we have implemented that four sets centralized controlling in one centralized control room through moving the fourth two 600MW sets to the third centralized control room.That four sets controlling in one centralized control room is advantageous in operating workers' corresponding and coordinating as accident occurring,optimized the personnel disposition,raised the routine work efficiency.Meanwhile,it further saves the related resources and the control cost by merging the blowing ash system and the denitrating system to the DCS control.The economic efficiency of the rebuilding of the four sets controlling in one centralized control room is obvious,its comprehensive value is prominent.It is worth using for reference by the similar unit.
