| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）和支气管哮喘是呼吸道最常见的两大疾患,二者的发病率在近年呈上升趋势,大量的研究表明,COPD与哮喘患者血清中的细胞因子IL-4、IL-8、IL-10均参与了二者的气道炎症反应,糖皮质激素对COPD和哮喘患者血清中IL-4、IL-8、IL-10是有影响的,本文就给予糖皮质激素治疗后,COPD和哮喘患者血清中IL-4、IL-8、IL-10的变化在国内外研究进展作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Objective：Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） and Bronchial asthma are two common disease of respiratory system,recently,their incidence is increasing,Alarge number of studies indicate that the blood serum conclude IL-4,IL-8,IL-10 of the patients who fall ill with COPD or asthma can involve in the air way＇s inflammation reaction with both of the mentioned illness,while the glucocorticoid＇s influence on the blood serum conclude IL-4,IL-8,IL-10 is beneficial.This paper gives an overview on the progress of the aforementioned research. |
