急诊护士灾害救援时心理健康状况的影响因素

目的分析探讨急诊护士应对灾害时心理健康状况的影响因素，并采取有效的应对和心理干预。方法应用抑郁自评量表（sail-rating depression scale，SDS）、焦虑自评量表（salf-rating anxiety scale，SAS）及应对灾害急救技术相关知识表对北京市6所综合医院194名急诊科护士进行调查。结果急诊护士中SDS、SAS得分均高于常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。影响护士心理健康因素的多元回归分析则表明，学历、技术职称是影响急诊护士心理健康的重要因素，工作时间、心理救援、灾难技术培训、成批抢救流程等是影响护士心理健康的相关性因素。结论应重视急诊护士应对灾害心理健康状况的变化，加强灾害时急救技术培训和有效的心理危机干预，提高护士应对灾害救援的心理素质。

Factors Influencing Mental Health Status of Emergency Room Nurses Coping with Disaster Rescue

Objective To investigate factors influencing mental health status of emergency room(ER) nurses coping with disaster rescue situation.Methods A hundred and ninety-four ER nurses in 6 hospitals in Beijing were surveyed with self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and disaster rescue knowledge scale.Results Both of the SAS and the SDS were higher than the norm(P<0.01).The multiple factors regression analysis suggested that educational background and professional title were main factors to affect mental health status of ER nurses.The other correlated factors included working time,mental assistance,disaster rescue training and emergency flow diagram in batch.Conclusion We should pay more attentions on ER nurses' mental health status changes,enhance the disaster rescue techniques training,enhance effective mental crisis intervention,and improve the psychological diathesis of ER nurses in coping with disaster rescue situation.
