复方纳米银抗菌乳液杀菌效果的研究

摘    要:目的研究以乙醇、醋酸氯己定和纳米银为有效成分的手消毒液消毒相关性能。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验法和透射电镜技术对该消毒液杀菌效果及其相关性能进行了观察。结果该消毒液原液含体积分数40%乙醇、5 500 mg/L醋酸氯己定和1 000μg/L纳米银,纳米银颗粒直径为20 nm。用该消毒液原液作用1 min,对棉布载体上金黄色葡萄杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌的平均杀灭率均达到99.9%以上,对伤寒沙门菌作用2 min,平均杀灭率亦达到99.9%以上。用该消毒液原液擦拭消毒并作用2 min,对手上自然菌平均杀灭率达到97%以上。结论该纳米银复方消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定。

Abstract:Objective To study antimicrobial efficacy of the hand disinfectant including ethanol,chlorhexidine acetate and silver nano particles.Methods Carrier quantitative germicidal test and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) were used to observe the antimicrobial efficacy and related properties.Results The hand disinfectant included 40%(v/v) ethanol,5 500 mg/L chlorhexidine acetate and 1 000μg/L silver nano particles and the diameter of silver nano particles was less than 20 nm.The average killing rates for Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans and Escherichia coli exposed to this new disinfecant for 1 min were >99.99%,while it needed 2 min for Salmonella typhosa to achieve such rates.The average killing rate of natural bacteria in hands exposed to this disinfectant for 2 min was >97.0%.Conclusion This disinfectant has good bactericidal effect and stable performance.
