中药辨证治疗儿童功能性消化不良临床分析

目的：观察根据益气清热法自拟的中药汤剂对儿童功能性消化不良（FD）的治疗作用。方法：将238例确诊为功能性消化不良的儿童随机分为观察组178例,对照组60例。观察组予自拟中药汤剂口服治疗;对照组予吗丁啉（多潘立酮）口服,观察两组患儿的腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、厌食、便秘等症状的改善情况,并进行评分,评价疗效。同时测定两组患儿治疗前后不同时间点胃窦排空率。结果：观察组和对照组总有效率分别为87.63%和55%,有显著差异（P〈0.01）。治疗后两组患儿餐后不同时间点胃排空率均显著增快（P〈0.05,0.01）,两组间比较餐后60min和90min时间点的胃窦排空率有显著差异（P〈0.01,P〈0.01）。结论：根据益气清热法自拟中药汤剂对儿童功能性消化不良具有良好的治疗作用,其疗效优于口服吗丁啉的对照组,且不良反应少。

Clinical Analysis on Children with Functional Dyspepsia by Dialectical Treatments of TCM

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of using ＂Clearing-Heat and Nourishing-Qi Method＂based Chinese traditional medicine soup to treat children patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）.Method：238 cases of children patients with FD was randomly divided into the observe group with 178 cases and the control group with 60 cases.The observe group was treated with Chinese traditional medicine soup,and the control group was given Motilium（Domperidone）.Children patients＇ symptoms include：abdominal pain,abdominal distension,eructation,anorexia and constipation were observed and clinically graded,as well as the measurement of two groups＇ children＇s gastric emptying rate at different times before and after the treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the observe group and the control group was 87.63% and 55%（P0.01）,and both groups＇ gastric emptying rate after meals were dramatically increased（P0.05,P0.01）.However,there was no obvious difference between the two groups（P0.01,P0.01）.Conclusion：Comparing to the control group of taking Motilium orally,＂Clearing-Heat and Nourishing-Qi Method＂based Chinese traditional medicine soup is clinically more effective to children with functional dyspepsia,which also has less adverse reations.
