摘    要:主要介绍了封闭式钢网屋架体育馆的原地坍塌爆破设计方案,并针对其中的两个难点进行了阐述。第1个难点是立柱配筋特殊,需要分析比较各种可能的布孔方式和装药结构,优选出最佳方案,保证各立柱炸开炸透。第2个难点是封闭式钢网架屋面的质量密度低,也就是平均施加在每根立柱的自重荷载小,不利于立柱的折叠坍塌和冲击解体,因此需要对炸高进行合理设计、核算,以确保爆破后立柱屈服失稳。这两个难题的合理解决,为成功爆破奠定了基础。

Abstract:The design scheme of blasting demolition of a close gymnasium and its two technical difficulties was discussed in details. The first challenge of the project was the special cross-section shape and distribution of reinforcing steel bar of the pillars. In order to demolish the pillars with perfect effect, the comparison of several possible location of blasthole and construction of charge and stemming should be made so as to select the optimum scheme responsible for a complete demolition of the pillars. The second challenge was low weight density of the light-steel proof, unfavorable to the folded collapse and shock disaggregation of the gym after ignition due to gravity. And as a result,the blasting stand-off should be designed and verified properly so as to ensure the pillars to lose their balances and collapse. The solving of the two technical difficulties laid a solid foundation for the success of the blasting demolition.
