摘    要:现代通信技术对晶体振荡器在环境温度变化下的稳定度有更高的要求。该方案是频率10MHz,基于表面贴装器件(sMD)封装的压控温补晶振为核心的,采用恒温控制加二次补偿方案的温补晶体振荡器,说明了其关键技术,给出了性能测试的结果。采用该方案,在-20℃-+70℃的工作环境内,其频率温度稳定度≤士5×10-8。

Abstract:In modem telecommunication technology, the higher stability requirements on crystal oscillator are needed in varying environment temperature. This paper describes a new type o~ 10 MHz crystal oscillator based on a VCTCXO with SMD packaging as its core, which adopts constant temperature control adding secondary compensation scheme. Its key techniques are introduced and the performance test results are presented. Using this scheme, the frequency-temperature stability is ≤+5×l0-8 in the operating temperature range of-20℃-+70℃.
