合成聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯催化剂的研究进展

摘    要:对合成聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯的催化剂(包括钛系、锡系、锑系和稀土催化剂等)进行了综述。钛系催化剂无毒,产品的特性黏数大,但色相易变黄;锡系催化剂的催化活性较高,产品的色相好,但价格较贵;锑系催化剂价格便宜,更适宜于缩聚过程,但常含有毒性较大的砷;稀土催化剂的酯交换活性高,但价格更贵。应用分子设计技术制备环保、高效的新型催化剂特别是钛系催化剂是今后发展的主要方向。

Abstract:Research of catalysts used in synthesis of polytrimethylene terephthalate(PTT)was reviewed.The catalysts contained titanium,tin,antimony and rare earth based compounds.Titanium-based catalysts were non-toxic and corresponding PTT product was high in intrinsic viscosity despite light yellowish in color.Tin-based catalysts were more active but expensive and corresponding product was white in color.Antimony-based catalysts were the most suitable catalysts for polycondensation but they usually contained toxic arsenic.Rare earth-based catalysts were active in transesterification but more expensive.Development of environmentally friendly and high efficient catalysts through molecule-designing method,especially titanium-based compounds,would be the major trend of catalyst research for synthesis of PTT.
