摘    要:现在基于计算机模拟的铸造过程流场研究主要是利用SOLA—VOF法进行流场计算,传统的求解方法在求解的过程中因迭代次数过多,导致求解速度过慢。在模拟计算过程中首先利用已知速度求出压力场,再利用压力场求出速度场,避免了压力与速度同时迭代,提高了计算速度。为了验证方程的正确性,进行了水力模拟试验,试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合很好。

Abstract:The SOLA-VOF algorithm was employed in the most numerical simulation of flow field for the mold filling process of the castings. It will take much time to get the simulated results due to too many iteration times in traditional ways. The unkown speed field was calculated by the results of the pressure field which has been calculated by the kown speed field, avoiding the iteration calculation of both pressure and velocity fields at the same time and improving the calculated speed. The hydraulic simulation were conducted to verify the equation availability. The experimental results is well in agreement with the simulated results.
