高选择性合成二甲胺催化剂中试研究

摘    要:制备了钠、钾离子改性的丝光沸石催化剂 ,并用于甲醇气相氨化制甲胺。模试结果表明 ,该催化剂活性和二甲胺选择性均较高 ,在 3 2 0~ 3 4 0℃、1.8~ 2 .0MPa下 ,甲醇转化率≥ 98% ,二甲胺选择性≥ 62 %。在此基础上 ,进行了中试规模的催化剂制备试验及工业侧线评价 ,结果表明 ,该催化剂性能稳定、强度高 ,适于工业甲胺生产装置使用

Abstract:A mordenite catalyst modified with Na +,K + was prepared and was used in amination of methanol in gas phase.The results of model test show that the activity of the catalyst and the selectivity of dimethylamine are high.The conversion of methanol is higher than 98% and the selectivity of dimethylamine is higher than 62% at 320~340 ℃ and 1.8~2.0 MPa.Semi-plant test for the preparation of the catalyst and industrial side line test were carried out.The results indicate that the stability and strength of the catalyst are high enough for its use in industry.
