| 摘 要： | 目的：了解护理人员接受继续教育的现状。为医院制定切实可行的继续教育方案提供依据。方法：采用问卷调查法，对某三级甲等医院2007年3月30日参加护理继续教育的护理人员进行调查。结果；护理人员对继续教育的意义还缺乏认识；完成学分主要是因为国家政策的要求；工作忙、倒班等是影响护理人员完成继续教育学分的主要原因；新理论、新知识和急救、危重护理知识是目前护理人员最需要的知识。结论：研究提示护理管理者应改进继续教育管理模式，合理安排课程，创造多渠道的学习途径，使继续教育真正起到在职人员岗位培训的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: This study aimed to investigate the status of nursing continu- ing education, which could provide suggestions for hospital managing the continuing education course. Methods: The nurses, who attended nursing continuing education on March 30th 2007 in a Grade 3 Class A hospital, accepted a questionnaire investigation.
