妇康片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗单纯型子宫内膜增生症的疗效观察

目的探讨妇康片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗单纯型子宫内膜增生症的临床疗效。方法选取2015年3月—2016年3月在陕西中医药大学第二附属医院接受治疗的单纯型子宫内膜增生症患者78例,随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各39例。对照组口服醋酸甲羟孕酮片,2 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服妇康片,5片/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗14 d。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组子宫内膜厚度、月经失血评估表(PBAC)评分、血红蛋白(Hb)和医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评分情况。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为79.49%、94.87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度、PBAC评分和HAD评分均显著降低,而Hb显著生高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标的改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论妇康片联合醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗单纯型子宫内膜增生症具有较好的临床疗效,可改善临床症状,缓解焦虑和抑郁情绪,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical observation of Fukang Tablets combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate in treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Fukang Tablets combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate in treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia. Methods Patients (78 cases) with simple endometrial hyperplasia in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the control and treatment groups, and each group had 39 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate Tablets, 2 mg/time, three times daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Fukang Tablets on the basis of the control group, 5 tablets/time, twice daily. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and endometrial thickness, PBAC scores, Hb, and HAD scores in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 79.49% and 94.87%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, endometrial thickness, PBAC scores, and HAD scores in two groups were significantly decreased, but Hb in two groups were significantly increased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P<0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Fukang Tablets combined with medroxyprogesterone acetate has clinical curative effect in treatment of simple endometrial hyperplasia, and can improve clinical symptoms, relieve anxiety and depression, which has a certain clinical application value.
