对通信行业中高端客户维系的分析与思考

摘    要:文章对通信行业中高端客户维系工作中存在的问题进行简单分析,发现高端客户维系中主要存在缺乏系统性的客户维系方式、维系内容和手段比较单一、客户感知度低、未能有效研究高端客户、对其真正需求不了解,经过深入思考,给出了相关改进策略,希望能促进相关通信企业的高端客户维系工作。

Abstract:The development of communication industry makes people' s lives become gready convenient, and at the same time, the intensive competition between enterprises promotes the relevant enterprises to recognize the importance of customer maintenance. This paper analyzes the existing problems in high-end customer maintenance. There are no systematic ways of customer maintenance. The content and means are single. The customer perception is low and the high-end customers' real needs are not understood. Through deep thinking, the author gives the related improvement strategies, hoping to promote the high-end customer maintenance work of the relevant communication enterprises.
