摘    要:建立了一种简单、灵敏度高的测定尾矿渣固体废物水浸出液中痕量铅的方法。样品经用水振荡浸取和硝酸处理后,在4%(体积分数)盐酸介质中,用10 g/L的硼氢化钠-氢氧化钠-铁氰化钾作为还原剂,将自行设计的一种新型氢化物发生器与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)联用测定了浸出液中痕量铅。方法通过在还原剂中加入一种自制的铅稳定剂,解决了测量体系不稳定的问题。方法检出限为1.0 μg/L,样品的加标回收率为90.5%~106.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于6%。样品测量过程快速、简单,无记忆效应的影响,适合尾矿渣固体废物水浸出液中痕量铅的测定。

Abstract:A simple and high sensitivity method for the determination of trace lead in leaching solution of tailings solid waste was established. After the sample was oscillated and leached with water and treated with nitric acid, trace lead in the leaching solution was determined by a novel self-designed hydride generator coupled with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) in HCl (φ= 4 %) with 10 g/L NaBH4-NaOH-K3Fe(CN)6 as reductant. A self-made lead stabilizer was added into the reductant to solve the instability of determination system. The detection limit was 1.0 μg/L. The standard addition recovery was 90.5%-106.5%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 6%. The determination process was rapid and simple without memory effect,so the proposed method was suitable for the determination of trace lead in tailings solid waste.
