液压碟簧操动机构机械特性仿真与试验研究

摘    要:分析CTY-20型液压碟簧操动机构组成及工作原理,构建先导式高速大流量控制阀、工作缸、碟簧、负载等关键部件的数学模型与仿真模型。对液压操动机构的电磁阀电流、分合闸位移、速度特性分别进行仿真分析与试验测试,对比分析所得仿真数据与试验数据,验证仿真模型的准确性。在此基础上,通过仿真讨论结构与系统参数对表征分合闸特性的分合闸时间、速度的影响,为液压碟簧操动机构的性能优化提供依据。

Abstract:According to the analysis result on the composition and operation principle of the type CTY-20 hydraulic spring operating mechanism,mathematical models simulation models of the piloted high-speed great flow control valve,the main hydraulic cylinder,the disc spring and the load are built,which are also the key components of operating mechanism.Simulation analysis and experimental tests on solenoid valve current,displacement,speed characteristic curve of the hydraulic spring operating mechanism are conducted respectively.Therefrom,by comparative analysis the simulation result and test result,the accuracy of the simulation model is validated.Based on the verified simulation model above,the influence of structural parameters and system parameters on the opening and closing motion characteristic represented by time and speed of it are discussed,providing the basis for performance optimization of hydraulic spring operating mechanism.
