北京市388名心内科护士职业获益感及其影响因素

摘    要:目的探讨北京市心内科护士的职业获益感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样法,抽取北京市6所综合医院心内科护士共388名作为调查对象。调查一般资料、职业获益感,并分析职业获益感的影响因素。结果心内科护士职业获益感总评分为(113.38±21.07)分,得分率为78.19%;职业获益感各维度的得分率最低为75.40%(正向职业感知),最高为82.50%(良好护患关系)。不同性别、婚姻状况、是否独生子女、有无子女的心内科护士的职业获益感总评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同年龄、职称、学历、工作年限、是否有编制的心内科护士的职业获益感总评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示,年龄、职称、学历、工作年限、是否编制均是心内科护士职业获益感的影响因素(P<0.05),这些变量对护士职业获益感的解释率为21.1%。结论北京市心内科护士的职业获益感处于中等偏上水平,年龄、工作年限、职称、学历及是否编制是影响因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo of occupational benefit perception of cardiology department nurses in Beijing and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 388 nurses in the department of cardiology of 6 third-level first-class hospitals in Beijing were selected by cluster sampling. The general information and the sense of occupational benefit were surveyed,and the factors influencing the sense of occupational benefit were analysed. Results The overall score mean of occupational benefit perception of the nurses in cardiology department was(113.38±21.07),with a score rate of 78.19%. The lowest score rate of each dimension of occupational benefit perception was 75.40%(positive occupational perception),and the highest score rate was 82.50%(good nurse-patient relationship). There was no significant difference in the overall score mean of occupational benefit of the nurses between different genders,marital status,single child or childless(P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the overall score mean of occupational benefits perception of the nurses in the age groups,professional titles,academic educational attainments,working years,and stable job position in the department of cardiology(P<0.05). The results of multiple regression analysis showed that age,professional title,academic educational attainments,working years,and stable job position were all influential factors for nurses’ occupational benefits perception(P<0.05),and the explanatory rate of these variables for nurses’ occupational benefits perception was 21.1%. Conclusions The occupational benefit perception of cardiology nurses in Beijing is above the average level,and age,working years,professional title,academic educational attainments and stable job position are the influencing factors.
