摘    要:目的:探讨内源性类洋地黄素(EDLF)与慢性肝病的关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析法测定了133例慢性肝病患者血清EDLF水平,其中慢性迁延性肝炎20例,慢性活动性炎28例,肝癌31例,肝硬化54例。结果:慢性迁延性肝炎患者血清EDLF水平与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),其它3组EDLF含量均高于对照组,而肝硬化患者血清EDLF水平明显高于慢性活动性肝炎和肝癌患者,其中肝硬化伴腹水组的EDLF含量显著高于无腹水组(P<0.01)。结论:EDLF参与慢性肝病的发生和发展;血中EDLF水平的测定有助于评价肝功能损害和水钠代谢失衡,同时对判断慢性肝病预后有一定意义。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between endgenous digitalis- like factor (EDLf) and chronic hepatitis.Methods: The level of serum EDLF was detected in 133 patients with chronic hepatitis by RIA. Among them 20 cases were ill with CPH, 28 with CAH ,31 with HCC, 54 with LC . Results: The Level of serum EDLF in patients with CPH had no significant difference compared with that in normal controls ( P > 0.05), and in the other three groups, it was higher that that in normal controls ( P < 0.01), but the level of serum EDLF in patients with LC was significantly higher than that in patients with CAH and HCC ( P < 0.01),among them the level of serum EDLF in patients with LC complicated by ascites was significantly higher than that in patients without ascites (P < 0.01) . Conclusion: EDLF is concerned with the occurrence and development of the chronic hepatitis. The measurement of serum EDLF is beneficial to assess liver function damage and judge the prognosis of chronic hepatite.
