| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血尿酸水平变化与高血压发生、发展的相关性.方法 对我院2008年1月-2011年2月102例原发性高血压患者(高血压组)和210例正常血压者(正常组)的血尿酸及血脂检测结果进行对比、分析.结果 高血压组患者的血尿酸水平明显高于正常组(P＜0.01).高血压组TC、TG及LDL/HDL水平亦明显高于正常组(P＜0.05).结论 血尿酸水平升高的程度与高血压有密切关系,早期积极降压达标,控制高尿酸血症,可以延缓老年高血压患者发生冠心病.

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis and explore the essential hypertension and changes of serum uric acid level as well as in the development of hypertension in correlation.Methods In our hospital from 2008 January to 2011 February 102 cases of essential hypertension(EH group and normal group 210)on the blood uric acid and lipid detection value for comparative analysis and comparison.Results Outcomes in hypertensive patients with blood uric acid level was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.01),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),arterial stiffness index(LDL/HDL)were significantly higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levels of serum uric acid level has a close relationship with hypertension,early aggressive blood pressure control,control of hyperuricemia in elderly patients with hypertension,can delay the occurrence of AS. |
