员工授权知觉与主动行为关系研究:独立型伦理氛围的中介作用

摘    要:利用来自6个城市、13家企业的438份问卷调查结果,采用结构方程模型技术对员工授权知觉、独立型伦理氛围、员工主动行为关系进行了实证分析。结果表明:员工授权知觉与员工主动行为之间存在正向相关;员工授权知觉与独立型伦理氛围之间存在正向相关;独立型伦理氛围与员工主动行为之间存在正向相关;独立型伦理氛围在员工授权知觉与员工主动行为之间起到中介作用。
