| 摘 要： | 介绍了船用柴油发动机配件活塞裙的化学成分、铸造工艺方案选择、浇注系统计算以及熔炼和浇注工艺。通过试制,得到了力学性能和组织合格的铸件,其批量生产的合格率达到92%。 |

| Abstract: | The selection of chemical composition and casting method, gating system calculation, as well as the melting and pouring process of the piston skirt of marine engine were introduced. As the result of trial production, castings with qualified mechanical properties and microstructure were obtained, and the pass rate of batch-produced castings reached 92%. |
