液压软管脉冲试验台建模仿真

摘    要:根据中国船级社对液压软管总成试验的要求,针对软管脉冲试验的压力冲击大及冲击次数多的特点,在原来液压软管脉冲试验台基础上进行了改进。提出了如何解决脉冲波形产生,试验台恒温控制,软管曲挠试验的方法,并通过AMESim仿真,直观比较被测软管内径、蓄能器容积这两个参数对压力上升曲线动态性能的影响。

Abstract:According to the requirements of the China Classification Society, for hose impulse test of the characteristics of impact stress and its big times, we give an improvement on the basis of the original hydraulic hose pulse test bench, and present the method of controlling the pulse waveform, the method of constant temperature control, and the method of the flexible test. By AMESim, the influence of two parameters on the dynamic performance of the pressure rise curve is discussed.
