摘    要:为解决某闭式泵控系统速度控制超调量大且响应慢的问题,提出了基于智能积分伪微分控制的速度控制方法。首先,建立闭式泵控系统的数学模型;然后,分析了一般控制算法的不足,引出了智能积分伪微分控制算法;最后,实现了闭式泵控系统的速度控制仿真,构建了实验平台。实验结果与仿真结果一致,验证了所提方法的可行性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of large overshoot and slow response to the speed control of a closed pump control system, a speed control method based on the intelligent integral PDF is proposed. First, the mathematical model of closed type pump control system is set up; Then the influence of interference and the traditional control method of the system is analyzed, the control method based on intelligent integral PDF is introduced; Finally, we make a simulation of the speed control of the closed type pump control system, and experiment platform of the system is constructed. The experimental results are in agreement with the simulation results, and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
