防腐剂尼泊金己酯的催化合成

摘    要:采用硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成食品防腐剂尼泊金己酯,考查了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比、回流反应时间、催化剂重复使用性及带水剂种类等因素对产物收率的影响。结果表明,该催化剂催化活性高,反应时间短,价廉易得,合成工艺流程简单,操作方便。适宜反应条件为:对羟基苯甲酸0.05mol,正己醇与对羟基苯甲酸的物质的量比为3∶1,催化剂用量为2.4 g,反应时间2.5 h,10mL环己烷为带水剂,尼泊金己酯收率为99.1%。该催化剂易于回收,且可重复使用。

Abstract:P-hydroxybenzoic acid and n-hexanol reacted to form n-hexyl p-hydroxybenzoate with sodium bisulfate as the catalyst. Factors influencing the yield were discussed. That conclueded amount of catalyst, reaction time, molar ratio of alcohol to acid and repeated uses. The catalyst had many advantages such as insoluble in reaction system, high activity, short reaction time and easy post treatment process. It was also non-pollutional to the environment. The best conditions were p-hydroxybenzoic acid 0.05mol, molar ratio of alcohol to acid 3, the catalyst 2.4g ,10mL cyclohexane and reaction time 2.5 h, the yield can reach 99.1%. It was the efficient, economic and environmental friendly catalyst.
