1931例泌尿生殖道感染患者支原体的检测及药敏分析

目的 了解深圳泌尿生殖道支原体感染状况及耐药性变化趋势.方法 用珠海丽珠试剂有限公司提供的支原体试剂盒,对1931例泌尿生殖道感染患者的尿道（宫颈） 分泌物进行解脲支原体（UU）和人型支原体（MH） 培养鉴定及药敏检测.结果 支原体感染阳性652例,阳性率为33.8%,其中UU单独感染573例,MH单独感染4例,UU和MH混合感染75例;男性210例,占32.2%,女性442例,占67.7%.药敏试验显示,UU对罗红霉素的敏感性下降至21.5%, UU和MH混合感染对罗红霉素和阿奇霉素的敏感性分别降至5.3%和14.6 %, 克拉霉素、强力霉素对两种支原体都保持稳定的高敏感性.结论 克拉霉素、强力霉素应作为目前治疗泌尿生殖道UU和MH感染的首选药物.支原体耐药性的动态监测是指导临床治疗的重要依据.

Detection and drug sensitivity assay of mycoplasma in 1931 cases of genitourinary infection

Objective To investigate the infections in urogenital tract and changing trend of drug susceptibility of mycoplasma in Shenzhen area.Methods U.urealyticum(UU) and M.hominis(MH) were detected in 1931 cases with urogenital tract infection,and the susceptibility of clinical strains to antibiotics was determined using Mycoplasma kits.Results Positive rate of mycoplasma infection was 33.8%.573 of 652 positive cases were infected with U.urealyticum,4 cases with M.hominis and 75 cases were positive with both species.32.3 % male and 67.7% of female were positive.Only 21.5% of UU strains were susceptive to roxithromycin.5.3 % and 14.6% of both MH and UU strains were susceptive to roxithromycin and Azitromvcin.Clarithromycin and josamycin were the most active agents against both species.Conclusion In view of the susceptibility of M.hominis and U.urealyticum strains to clarithromycin and josamycin,these two drugs are the first choice drugs against UU and MH.The data also indicated that resistant monitoring of mycoplasma periodically has important significance in clinical practices.
