影响天平测量精准度的主要因素及解决措施

摘    要:天平是影响风洞中气动力测量精准度的关键因素之一,气动力实验误差的30~60%来源于天平。影响天平测量精准度的主要因素有静校误差、温度效应、位置误差和天平系统动力特性误差。本文阐明这些因素影响的程度及产生的原因并提出了一些切实可行的解决措施。

Abstract:Balance is one of Critical factor to influence the measuringaccuracy of the aerodynamics forces.The experimental error from 30%to 60 of aerodynamic forces is created by balance.Main factors toinfluence the measuring accuracy of balance are static calibration error.thermal effects position error and the error of dynamic properties inbalance system.This paper explains the extent influenced and the reasoncreated by these and gives some solution means.
