复方山茱萸胶囊的成型工艺研究

摘    要:目的:确定复方山茱萸胶囊的最佳成型工艺.方法:通过对不同辅料对流动性,吸湿性,成型性的考察筛选制备颗粒的辅料,优选最佳制粒成型工艺,并测定临界相对湿度.结果:最佳成型工艺为浸膏粉∶微晶纤维素∶磷酸氢钙=1:0.12:0.03,生产环境的相对湿度宜控制在62%以下.结论:本试验确定的成型工艺能为其实际大生产提供依据.

Abstract:Objective: To determine the best forming process of compound cornus capsules.Method: The effects of different excipients on the fluidity,wettability and formability of the powder were investigated to select appropriate materials and promising preparation process.The critical relative humidity was also measured in the preparation process.Result: The optimal ratio of extract powder,microcystalline cellulose(MCC) and calcium hydrogen phosphate was 1∶ 0.12∶ 0.03.The relative humidity of the production and storage environment was below 62%.Conclusion: The research can provide the suggestion for the mass preparation of compound cornus capsules.
