摘    要:开发了一种可用于单相220 kV封闭式气体绝缘组合电器(Gas Insulted Switchgear,GIS)的同轴电容电压传感器样机,该传感器充分利用了GIS轴对称的结构特点。介绍了该传感器的基本结构和工作原理,以及在结构设计中需考虑的直径、长度、边缘效应等问题;分析了加工工艺、温度、气密度等各种误差因素对测量数据产生的影响,并提出了改善电压传感器性能的补偿措施,如曲面拟合、公式修正等软件方法,样机试验结果表明,同轴电容电压传感器可代替传统的电磁式电压互感器。

Abstract:A prototype of coaxial capapcitive voltage sensor for 220 kV gas insulated switchgear (GIS), which makes full use of the axisymmetric feature of GIS's structure, is developed. The basic structure and working princple of the voltage sensor are presented, the problems that should be considered in the design of the voltage sensor such as the diameter, length and edge effect are described in details. The impacts of error factors, including processing technology, temperature and air tightness, on measured data are analyzed, and the compensating measures to improve the performannce of the voltage sensor, such as surface fitting and formula modification by software, are proposed. Testing results of the prototype show that traditional electromagnetic potential trasnformer can be substituted by coaxial capapcitive voltage sensor.
