| 摘 要： | 线损率为国家考核供电企业的重要技术经济指标,同时又是供电企业管理水平的综合体现。提出了建设集"高压主网、中压配网和低压配网"实时管理系统于一体的开封电网线损实时管理分析系统的可行性方案和实践,极大地提高了公司经济和社会效益。

| Abstract: | As an important technical-economical index of state assessing power company,the line-loss rate is the compositive embodiment of supply enterprise management level.The paper put forward constructing Kaifeng electrical network loss real-time management system,which congregates high-voltage main net- work with middle-vohage and low-voltage distribution network subsystem.In a result,it produces an enormous benefits. |
