摘    要:生产实践表明:复卷、干燥过程中产生的纸毛主要来自于细小纤维和填料粒子。提高化学木浆配比至15%时,成纸反面表面强度提高约0.5m/s。优化湿部助留助滤系统可以提高成纸反面表面强度,从0.2m/s提高到0.3m/s左右。对使用SSB成形网、2.5层或2层成形网时纸机网部脱水情况分析表明:使用SSB成形网时浆料在网部的首程留着率可提高约5%~7%,有利于提高成纸的表面强度。表面施胶淀粉内添加表面施胶剂是提高成纸表面强度最直接有效的办法,可以使成纸反面表面强度从0.4m/s提高到1.2~1.5m/s左右,但施胶剂用量达到一定程度后继续提高表面施胶剂用量,不能有效提高成纸反面表面强度。

Abstract:The practice shows that most of lints produced in the drying process are mainly fiber fines and filler particles. Surface strength of the wire side of sheet increased by about 0.3m/s when the compounding ratio of chemical wood pulp increased to 15%. The surface strength increased from 0.2m/s to 0.3m/s after optimization of wet end retention and drainage system. The analysis of the drainage in the web end of SSB forming wire, 2.5-layer or 2-layer forming wire shows that the first retention rate was increased by high 3%-7% when SSB forming fabric was used, conducive to increasing the surface strength. The most effective way to increase the surface strength is to add surface sizing agent into the surface sizing starch which can make the surface strength increase from 0.4m/s to 1.2m/s, but the increase of the sizing agent dosage could not effectively increase the surface strength of the finished paper after it reached a certain amount.
