摘    要:采用溶胶一液相法制备了H3PW120O40/TiO2复合催化剂,用FT—IR分析方法对催化剂进行了结构表征。以醋酸和异戊醇为原料合成了醋酸异戊酯,考察了反应物配比、催化剂用量、反应时问及催化剂的重复使用性能对产品收率的影响。实验结果表明:合成醋酸异戊酯的较优反应条件为:异戊醇0.1mol,n(醋酸)/n(异戊醇)=1.4/1.0(mol/m01),催化剂的用量为1.25g,环己烷为带水剂,反应时问3.Oh。上述条件下,醋酸异戊酯的收率可达87.0%以上。

Abstract:A complex catalyst,H_3PW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2 was prepared by sol-gol method and identified by FT-IR.Iso-amyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and iso-amy1 alcohol using it as the catalyst.The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the better conditions are as follows:iso-amy1 alcohol0.1mol,n(iso-amyl alcohol)/n(acetic acid)=1.0/1.4(mol/mol),the amount of catalyst is 1.25g,the amount of cyclohexane as water-carrying agent is 12mL,the reaction time is 3.0h.Experimental results showed that under the above reaction conditions the yield of iso-amyl acetate can reach over 87.0%.
