西气东输管道工程西起新疆轮南，东至上海市白鹤镇，途经10个省、自治区、直辖市，承担着向我国东部5省市安全、稳定供气的任务，供气用户类型包括城市燃气、燃气发电、工业和化工用户。描述了各类用户在西气东输天然气市场中所占的比例及其负荷特性：管道沿线提出用气申请的用户目前已有59家，截至2004年2月与西气东输管道公司签订“照付不议”天然气销售合同的用户已超过20家；并针对西气东输管道的特点和市场负荷特性，给出了地下储气库有效储气量建设规模和建设计划的建议。

Gas Market Load Charactreeistics of West-to East Natural Gas Transmission and Its Underground Gas Storage Construction Scale Analysis

The pipeline engineering of West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission is from Lunnan of Xinjiang in the west to Baihe Town of Shang hai in the east,passing through 10 provinces,autonomous regions and municipality directly under the Central Government.It shoulders the responsibility of supplying safely and stably natural gas to five provinces and municipality in the east.The gas users include city fuel gas,gas power generation,industrial users and chemo-tech-nological users.The proportions made up by various users in the gas market of West-to-East Natural Gas Transmission and its load characteristics are described in the paper.At present,the users putting forward gas applications along the West-East Gas Pipeline have had 59 units and up to February,2004,more than 20 units had signed the well-arranged gas-sold contracts with the West-East Gas Pipeline Company.The suggestions for the construction scale and plan of underground gas storage are given out in the paper according to the characteristics of the West-East Gas Pipeline and market loads.
