机制砂与细砂高性能混凝土和易性与抗压强度的研究

摘    要:本文研究了机制砂和细砂的比例对混凝土和易性和抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:在水泥掺量一定且机制砂和细砂的比例为1∶1时,混凝土的和易性良好、抗压强度最高;机制砂与细砂配制的混凝土7天强度增长较大,14天到28天强度增长缓慢。SEM形貌图及EDS能谱表明,龄期为14天的混凝土已经有大量的C-S-H生成,且密实性良好,与28天相比,密实性无明显区别。

Abstract:This paper studies the effect of proportion of machine sand and fine sand on the workability and compressive strength of concrete.The result shows that,when quantity of cement is invariable,and mixing machine sand and fine sand in the proportion of 1 to 1,the workability of concrete is good and the compressive strength is the highest;the strength of concrete mixed with machine sand and fine sand at 7 day increases obviously,but it increases slowly at 14 day to 28 day.The photographs of the SEM and EDS show that much C-S-H has formed at 14 day,and the solidity is good,and it is not obvious difference compared with that at 28 day.
