| 摘 要： | 基于概率性市场出清电价预测,采用智能代理仿真刻画可中断负荷用户的策略性竞标行为,给出采用不同可中断负荷管理合同(contract of interruptible load management,CILM)时供电公司竞标策略比较研究的方法框架。算例分析验证了所提出的竞标策略的新特点,以及模型和方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | Based on the probabilistic market clearing price forecasting, the article adopts intelligent agent simulation to depict strategic bidding behavior of interruptible load user, gives power companies bidding strategy comparative research framework with different contract interruptible load management methods. Numerical example validates the new features of the proposed bidding strategy, as well as the validity of this model and methods. |
