| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌组织中HER-2/neu、PTEN及CD44V6的表达与预后的关系.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测65例胃癌标本和30例正常组织中HER-2/neu、PTEN及CD44V6的表达情况.结果 HER-2/neu、PTEN及CD44V6在胃癌组织中阳性率分别为21.5%、36.9%及58.5%;在正常胃粘膜组织中的阳性率分别为10.0%、90.O%及10.0%;二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在胃癌组织中的表达与肿瘤分化程度、侵袭深度以及淋巴结是否转移相关(P<0.05).CD44V6与HER-2/neu表达阳性及阴性的5年生存率分别为7.14%和22.2%.Cox回归生存分析显示HER-2/neu和CD44V6同时阳性表达是强危险因素.结论 胃癌组织中HER-2/neu及CD44V6的阳性表达提示患者预后差,可作为评价预后的指标. |
