战略信息集成管理是一种系统的思想和方法,它不仅研究企业内部的软硬件资源,而且也整合了供应商、合作者、顾客等资源,是企业全方位的集成管理问题。本文描述了战略信息管理的内涵,分析了战略信息系统的三种层次结构功能及内容,并提出了解决战略信息系统结构的方法-BPM,详细介绍了BPM在企业信息管理中的应用。

Research on the Enterprises' Strategic Information Integration Management

The strategic information integration management is a systemic thought and method.It not only researched the software and hardware resources of the business enterprises' inner part,out also integrated supplier,cooperator and customer' s resources and so on,which is a business enterprise all-directions integration management problem. This text described the content of strategic information management and analyzes three kinds of layer structure func- tion and contents of the strategic information system,and put forward a method-BPM which is used to solve the structure of strategic information system and introduces BPM in the application of business enterprise information management in detail.
