摘    要:利用特征技术和数据库技术实现了机械产品生命周期设计(LCD)系统与CAD系统的集成,建立了零件、产品特征参数化设计所需的零件特征库,开发了特征参数化设计模块,并利用灰色GM(1,1)模型预测寿命指标。此系统能及时地根据评价的结果对设计方案进行修改,对产品寿命做出预测,避免了设计一试验一修改一再设计的重复过程,使整个的产品开发周期缩短,设计成本大大降低。本系统建立的信息模型可以用在产品的各个阶段,能够体现生命周期中有价值的信息,实现了设计分析自动化。

Abstract:In this paper,the integration between LCD system for mechanical products and CAD is realized by character technique and data-base technique. Data-base of components character required by character parametric design of components and products is realized,meanwhile the module of parametric design is developed. It can estimate life index by gray module GM(1,1). This system can correct the design program timely according to the appraisal result and estimate the life of products. By using this system,the process of design-test-modify-reengineering is avoided. The development cycle of mechanical product is shortened and the design cost is reduced greatly. The information model established in this system can be used in every stage and can show the valuable information of life cycle. Finally, the automation of design and analysis is realized by using this system.
