| Abstract: | In this paper,a new method is presented to obtain the sets of handwritten similar Chinese characters(SHSCC), and the size of SHSCC can be changed conveniently by adjusting the parameter. Obtaining the SHSCC with this method is an important step to implement the Chinese characters recognition tactics with the neural network and fuzzy directional line element feature(FDLEF). |
