甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)脱硫溶液发泡影响因素和机理研究

摘    要:MDEA脱硫溶液发泡的影响因素很多。本文通过不同条件下的单因素发泡实验,对可能影响MDEA溶液发泡性能的各种因素进行了排序分析;再通过多因素发泡实验,采用BP神经网络法对发泡实验结果进行综合分析,确定出影响MDEA溶液发泡性能的主要因素是脱硫溶液中的Mg2+、气井缓蚀剂、液烃、DEA、Fe2+、Fe(OH)3、FeS等污染物质;根据这些污染物的性质,对它们在脱硫溶液中的发泡机理进行了探讨,并提出了防止MDEA脱硫溶液发泡的措施。
