上海市青浦区居民碘营养状况调查分析

摘    要:目的了解上海市青浦区居民的碘营养状况,为分类指导、科学补碘提供依据。方法采用分阶段多层随机抽样法,抽取青浦镇和朱家角镇普通人群(5~70岁)403名,孕妇和乳母各20名,对居民的尿碘、水碘、盐碘进行调查,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测定尿碘,分光光度法测定水碘,直接滴定法测定盐碘。结果青浦区441份水碘浓度中位数为12.77μg/L,食用盐408份碘浓度中位数29.05 mg/kg,居民尿碘中位数为149.02μg/L。443份尿样尿碘100μg/L的比例为27.2%,尿碘≥300μg/L的比例为10.3%;其中8~10岁儿童、孕妇和乳母尿碘中位数分别为146.15、117.77、99.49μg/L。结论青浦区居民碘营养总体水平处于较适宜水平,但孕妇乳母碘营养不足,需进行强化补碘。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the iodine nutritional status of residents in Qingpu district of Shanghai,provide a basis for classified guidance and scientific iodine supplementation.Methods]Using a multistage stratified random sampling,403 people aged 5-70 years old,20 pregnant women and 20 lactating women were collected from Qingpu town and Zhujiajiao town.The levels of urinary iodine,water iodine and salt iodine were measured by arsenic and cerium catalysis spectrophotometry,spectrophotometry and direct titration,respectively.Results]The water iodine median value of 441 samples was 12.77 μg/L.The iodine median value of 408 edible salt samples was 29.05 mg/kg.The urinary iodine median value of residents was 149.02 μg/L.Among 443 urine samples,urinary iodine level in 27.2% was less than 100 μg/L,and that in 10.3% was greater than or equal to 300 μg/L.The urinary iodine median value of children aged 8-10 years old,pregnant women and lactating women was 146.15 μg/L,117.77 μg/L and 99.49 μg/L,respectively.Conclusion]The residents in Qingpu district show a good iodine nutrition status.But the iodine nutrition of pregnant and lactating women is deficient,which need to strengthen the iodine supplementation.
