新文科背景下图情档专业教育的循证改革实践

摘    要:目的/意义]新文科背景下图情档专业教育改革重点是专业的内涵建设与创新,循证实践可以为落实抽象的新文科建设内容提供路径。方法/过程]本文在分析循证实践等概念内涵基础上,结合图情档界已有的研究与实践进展,提出应通过对人才培养过程与成效调研数据的反思、对业务项目案例的实证归纳等,形成一种基于"证据"的图情档专业教育循证改革实践逻辑。结论/结果]文章认为基于证据采集、分析、确认和评价,通过证据与价值的平衡,实现证据运用与实践过程开启是图情档专业教育循证改革实践的基本逻辑,其主要实现途径是积累教育数据并建立可信证据、突出专业课程改革和将案例型证据导入教育过程。

Abstract:Purpose/significance] The key point of the education reform of new liberal arts is the connotation construction and innovation of majors. Evidence-based practice can provide a way to implement content of new liberal arts construction.Method/process] In this paper, based on analyzing the connotation of the concepts of evidence-based practice, combined with figure file boundary of the existing research progress, the author puts forward that should be based on the process of talent training and the results of survey data, to business project cases in the field of empirical induction, etc., to form a based on "evidence" education reform of evidence-based practice logic in library information and archives.Result/conclusion] According to the article, based on evidence collection, analysis, identification and evaluation, through the balance of evidence and value, the concrete use of the evidence and the practice process is the basic logic of education of evidence-based practice, the main realization way is to accumulate and establish credible evidence, outstanding professional education data type and the case evidence into education curriculum reform process.
