摘    要:介绍某带多层地下室的预应力板柱-抗震墙工程的结构设计.通过相关规范条文解读了该结构的特点,采用PKPM建立了两种等代框架法模型和采用ETABS建立了平板结构模型.从自振周期、位移、底部内力、刚度等多方面对将两种模型的计算结果进行了分析对比.研究表明本结构采用等代框架法与采用平板结构模型的计算结果比较接近.并用另一种等代框架模型得到了预应力平板的内力.由于本结构有多层地下室结构而上部层数较少,结构存在整体抗浮问题,通过考虑两种结构底板的荷载工况计算得到柱底的控制压力及拉力,作为桩基础的计算的内力.

Abstract:The design of a pre - stressed slab - column shear wall structure with muhistoried basement is introduced. The characteristics of the structure are interpreted through the relevant designing code. Two types of equivalent frame model are established by PKPM, and a flat plate model is established by ETABS. The results of these models, including natural vibration period, displacement, internal force at the bottom, stiffness, are then compared. It is shown through the studies that the results of the equivalent frame model and the flat plate model are similar. Another equivalent frame model is used to calculate the internal force of the pre - stressed flat plate. Since this structure has multistoried basement and low upper part of the structure, the anti -floating problem exists. Finally, two load cases are considered to calculate the control compression and tension force of the bottom column, which will be the designed force of the pile foundation.
