耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌医院感染现状及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的监测耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)医院感染现状及耐药性,为临床合理选用抗菌药物提供参考。方法药敏试验及MRSA检测均采用琼脂扩散(K—B)法,操作及结果判断按美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)规定进行。结果52株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中MRSA为38株,占73.1%;甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA)为14株,占26.9%。结论MRSA检出率不断升高,MRSA除对万古霉素外,显示多重耐药,应加强与重视MRSA的检测与报告,合理使用广谱抗生素,及时发现病例,隔离和治疗患者。

Abstract: Objective] To study the present situation of nosocomial infection and drug resistance of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus Aureus (MRSA}, provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods]The agar diffusion method (KB) was applied in drug sensitivity test and MRSA detection. Operation and judging the results were performed according to National Committee of Clinical Laboratory Standardization (NCCLS). Results] In 52 strains of staphylococcus aureus, MRSA and Methicillin-sensitive Staphylococcus Aureus ( MSSA ) were 38 strains (73.1% ) and 14 strains { 26.9% } respectively. Conclusion ] The detection rate of MRSA increased ceaselessly, and MRSA showed multi-drug desistance except vancomycin. It's necessary to pay attention to the detection and report of MRSA, rational use of broad-spectrum antibiotics, identifying cases as early as possible, isolation and treatment of patients.
