| 摘 要： | 目的:比较知人能力测验与MMPI用于精神疾病团体筛检的效度。方法:以知人能力测验和MMPI为工具,对171名军校学员进行精神疾病团体筛检,通过团体施测、个别回访等程序,比较了知人能力测验与MMPI的灵敏度、特异度及正确诊断指数等效度指标。结果:知人能力测验的灵敏度为1,特异度为0.95,正确诊断指数为0.95,MMPI的灵敏度为0,特异度为0.98,正确诊断指数为-0.02。知人能力测验的灵敏度和正确诊断指数均显著高于MMPI。结论:知人能力测验能够减少MMPI在精神疾病团体筛检中的漏选问题,可以作为团体筛检的工具。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the validity of Interpersonal Perception Scale with MMPI.Methods: 171 military undergraduates were administrated with Interpersonal Perception Scale and MMPI.Through group test and individual interview,a comparison was made between the validity of them.Results: The sensitivity and Youden index of Interpersonal Perception Scale were higher than MMPI significantly.Interpersonal Perception Scale could reduce the omission of MMPI in Group screening of mental disorder.Conclusion: Interpersonal Perception Scale can be used in Group screening of mental disorder. |
