| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨输卵管阻塞介入治疗效果的评价.方法 对输卵管阻塞不孕的患者采用X光下介入治疗、官腹腔镜联合下介入治疗及辅助生殖技术治疗.结果 X光下介入治疗以输卵管间质部壶峡交接部阻塞疗效较好;宫腹腔镜联合介入治疗对输卵管远端阻塞效果较好;对输卵管功能丧失的患者应选择辅助生殖技术受孕.结论 治疗输卵管性不孕患者除恢复其输卵管通畅度外,还要高度重视输卵管功能的恢复.因此,做好适应证的选择至关重要.
