| 摘 要： | 通过对甲烷化副反应影响的研究,开发出对甲烷化副反应有抑制作用的新型QDB-05型低水气比耐硫变换催化剂,并成功地应用于粉煤气化低水气比耐硫变换工艺中.实际运行情况表明：QDB-05型催化剂具有较高的低温活性和稳定性,并具有抑制甲烷化副反应的性能特点.

| Abstract: | By studying effects on methanation side reactions the new Type QDB-05 low water-gas ratio sulfur-resistant shift catalyst is developed to inhibit methanation side reactions, and it is successful applied to the low water-gas ratio sulfur-resistant shift process for pulverized coal gasification. Its actual operation shows that the Type QDB-05 catalyst is highly active at low temperature and stable, and it has the characteristic properties of inhibition of methanation side reactions. |
