轨道结构刚度的理论计算

摘    要:介绍轨道总刚度的计算,轨下垫层刚度和扣件刚度之间的关系,轨下垫层、扣件和道床刚度的理论计算方法等。在对道床刚度计算时,采用道床分层计算法,根据不同深度道床应力的梯形分布求出最大道床应力和道床弹性模量计算道床刚度,由于最大道床应力的范围小于平均道床应力的范围,所以用此法计算的道床刚度接近实测值。进一步指出虽然理论计算的轨道部件刚度值是线性的,但实际轨道部件刚度是非线性的,在具体应用时应根据荷载范围选用轨道结构刚度值。

Abstract:The paper introduces the method of calculating the full stiffness of track, the relationship between rail pad stiffness and fastener stiffness, and the method of calculating the stiffness of rail pad, fastener and ballast. The layer-by-layer method is used to calculate the ballast stiffness. According to the ladder shape distribution of the ballast stress at different depth. The maximum ballast stress and the ballast elasticity modulus are calculated and the ballast rigidity is found. Since the area of the maximum stress in the ballast is less than that of the average ballast stress, the ballast stiffness thus obtained is close to the value measured in the experiment. The paper further points out that the theoretical calculation value of the ballast stiffness is linear, but actually it is non-linear. So the track rigidity shall be selected according to its load range in actual application.
